Rebirthing Conscious Connected Breathwork is perfect for those who have difficulty with switching off, or control emotional body awareness. Those in a 12 Step Recovery Programme often use it as a breathing meditation for around an hour to clear out negativity, increase energy and connect with Steps 3 & 11. Others simply enjoy the process of being in an altered state of consciousness, to experience clarity and vision, to feel alive and gain more focus in daily life. 

* It is not essential to have knowledge of Breathwork, 12 Steps or Personal Development experience to attend.

… too many people either know they are CODA material and do nothing toward SOLUTION or throw the word around not really knowing what it means. Many still think NEED or CONTROL is LOVE. it isn’t. We love the queens of CODA – Melody Beattie, Pia Melody and Anne Wilson Schaef but frankly we’ve moved on since 1988, so bringing their coda material to the present century is our aim.

* In order to " get it " each attendee will establish their own case, pitfalls, trigger points and vision of what SELF CARING is about, then create an ACTION PLAN.

* You don’t have to be in a Relationship to attend CODA REHAB, but if you are in one, we are only interested in YOUR behavioural changes not your partners. YOUR changes will change the game.

* During this course you will asked to focus on one book to work on over the 6 week course. The Swarmite will advise, or you could sift through the Swarmite Library yourself.

* Each week we include light Breathwork to detect feelings in the body, give a chance for each person to share and everyone leaves with homework before the next session. Be authentic, don’t be on best behaviour, speak as you feel. Expletives welcomed, judgement is not.

* If you are in recovery speak to your sponsor first. I’ve been clean since 1982 and a Relationship Coach for 20 years. All sexualities, ages, genders welcome, who work it.
