		<description>Worrying is something we all do from time to time. Part of being human I suspect. If you can channel worry into constructive thinking &amp; doing to help resolve what you&#039;re worrying about, great. Otherwise, as you say so well, it&#039;s a waste of time. It takes will &amp; practice to find that &#039;Off Button&#039; for that behaviour.

I think worry can become habitual and a distraction from actually doing something about the problem.... in fact for some, it&#039;s another addiction.
